Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund being issued or a stored service credit being replenished.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no shows will result in the full charge with no refund or the usage of a stored service credit except for in extraordinary circumstances.
Alternatively, the customer may pay a $40 fee and retain the service credit for future use. The customer must notify a LUMEN practitioner to choose this option.
